About the Founder
Empowered EQ was founded by Laura Schnittger and advises top management at the human layer of technological transformation. She has specialised in resilient executive capacity through an interdisciplinary background in psychology, informatics, and executive development.
A conviction since 2017
Already in 2017, Laura pursued an additional Master in Informatics, driven by the conviction that technological sovereignty would become essential not only for technical experts, but for non-technical decision-makers.
Her focus was clear: enabling managers to use AI-supported decision systems directly in their own decision-making - without unnecessarily outsourcing judgement, responsibility or certainty.
Today, this same principle informs her advisory work: supporting leaders in preserving clarity, discernment and sovereignty when technological transformation makes decisions more complex.
